This should fit since the only difference is the phantoms frame is polymer while the sp01 frame is steel but designed the same. I'd double check with cz though at 1-800-955-4486 ext 4701. Hope this helps.

Yes it should fit. I've seen on Reddit people saying they've switch the slides between the sp01 and the sp01 phantom, so this should also work
