No this is a finished lower receiver and will need to be shipped to an ffl for background check but is not an nfa item. Hope this helps.
This is not an NFA item, it does require an ffl to transfer, and perform the background check, lower receivers are the serialized (firearm) And Josh is wrоng about this being a " finished lower receiver" it is a STRIPPED lower reciever, and does NOT include lower parts kit, trigger, etc...
Paul, meant it was completely milled out. Not finished as in complete lower.
KJ, this part in and of itself is not an NFA item but, must be transferred through an FFL Dealer. Cheers and stay safe!
