As far as I can determine, the P320 only come with Ver 2 grips. I purchased the P320C when they first came out which is a Ver 2. I also own a P250C with a Ver 1 grip frame. The difference is the slide release was changed in Ver 2. If I were to order an extra grip frame, they come with a conversion kit for Ver 1 guns to make it a Ver 2 (replaces the original slide release). Sig no longer makes a Ver 1 grip frame or sells Ver 1 guns.
