Tanisha, you would have to get in touch with the MFG to have them fix it under warranty. Pretty much all gun stores won't return a gun after it has been transferred and fired. Noted from Buds shipping and returns page here, https://www.budsgunshop.com/shipping.php ---------- NEW FIREARM RETURNS VERY IMPORTANT - FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if un-fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returnin
You'll have to contact the manufacturer of the firearm. After guns are bought and transferred buds can't do anything unless you bought the buds warranty. In that case contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Sorry you're having issues but hope this helps.
did you get the optional lifetime warranty if so Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you. If you DID NOT get the warranty yo would need to contact the manufacturer of the gun for repair
