John, not NY compliant due to --- ability to accept a magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip, threaded barrel, barrel shroud, manufactured weight of 50oz or more --- take your pick, any one of these features is prohibited on a semi-automatic handgun.
John, unfortunately not Sir. Since it is classified as a Handgun/Pistol, the magazine attaching outside of the pistol grip, which is ridiculous, restricts it in NYS. Cheers and stay safe!
