Luis, unfortunately no Sir. It is not on the CA DOJ approved Roster. Gen 3 Glocks are currently. No Generation 4 or Generation 5 Glock handguns have been approved as of: Friday, August 20, 2021 No Glock handguns made in the USA have been approved as of: Friday, August 20, 2021
