Joel, no due to the fact that it has a collapsible stock, bayonet lug, flash suppressor, and threaded barrel. Ruger does make a NJ compliant model, 8502, unfortunately out of stock at Bud's. Unfortunately this has several banned features, like pistol grip, threaded barrel, collapsible stock, bayonet lug. So it's a no go in new Jersey. Sorry but hope this helps.
