Loren, M&P 15-22 is not banned. The only thing non-compliant with this model is the 25rd magazine, Bud's will remove it for you. It would be up to you to get your own magazines. Have a great day!

Loren, if you go with the MD compliant version others have linked to, you won't get the threaded barrel, flash hider, and collapsible stock. You're better off getting the one you asked about without the 25rd magazine. Just my humble opinion.
