Yes, just select the local Buds Shop as your FFL and you transfer and pickup will work just like any other FFL dealer.

If you are a resident of the state where the buds store is located (TN and KY) you can buy any firearm and pick it up at Buds. If you are a resident of another state you can buy and pick up long guns only (by Federal law)
