No, Florida does not require a state permit to buy guns, (handguns or long guns), the only restrictions on this gun in FLORIDA are that you be 21 and legally able to own a gun (not prohibited by federal law)

Nope, you don't need a concealed carry permit to buy this in Florida. You will have to have it transferred to an FFL dealer and do the normal background check but that is it. Hope this helps.
