Bryan, unfortunately no as this has a 12.5 inch barrel and is classified as a Handgun/Pistol. It is not on the Maryland Handgun Roster : https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home

Unfortunately this is not legal in Maryland because it's a pistol. I grew up in Maryland now Live in PA, they have much better gun laws, for now anyways.
