Hello, I was getting ready to purchase the Kimber Hero Custom II, and then I stopped because I realize I shoot left handed. So, I was curious does anyone know how the gun feels to be shot by a lefty?

it feels ok for a left handed shooter you can get a ambidextrous safety and install it. many lefties shoot right handed 1911s with no issues the only control that is a minor problem is the mag release and with practice that becomes easy

Brandon, Other than the left side manual safety, you will not have an issue. An ambidextrous safety can be installed but is not necessary with a little practice. Cheers and stay safe!
