Buffalo bores heavy +p ammo is only recommended in very few guns. The BB .45 Colt ammo should only be shot in Ruger, Colt Anaconda, and Freedom Arms pistols. It can also be shot in Winchester and Marlin 1894 rifles-copied from Google. So I wouldn't recommend it. You could try contacting Buffalo bore but they'd most likely tell you what I just said. 45 Colt +P loads are safe in all LARGE FRAME revolvers but this is a Colt Clone and the colt is a small frame revolver with a weak design I STRONGLY suggest you ask Standard (its not mentioned in owners manual ) https://stdgun.com/contact/
