No firearm specified. I'm sure you could find a FFL dealer that would but problem is buds won't ship a firearm that isn't state compliant. it has to be state compliant before they'll ship it and buds won't alter a firearm in any way to make it state compliant, except by removing the magazine. You can use buds high capacity magazine removal service at check out, and buds will remove the prohibited magazines, and ship the gun without magazines, you would then have to purchase compliant magazines separately. Buds will not ship non compliant guns to any state to have a 3rd party ( including receiving ffls) do compliance work.

Joey, although no firearm specified, Buds will only ship a firearm if magazine capacity is the *ONLY* State restriction. If it requires modification at an FFL to become compliant then Buds will not ship unfortunately. Cheers and stay safe!
