I've seen new PPK' s for sale in Massachusetts last year. But they are nowhere to be found now. I'd like to purchase this one from Bud's but it doesn't say that it's Mass compliant. My question is would Bud sell this to a licensed individual in Massachusetts via a dealer?

while the PPK is on the approved list it is not legal in MA _● Magazines do not exceed ten (10) rounds
● Must be on this list of Bud's approved handguns for MA '
● Must pass Massachusetts Attorney General Office Handgun Sales Regulations 940 CMR 16.00,
et seq.
Firearms on the Approved Firearms Roster do not necessarily comply with the requirements of the
Attorney General's Handgun Sales Regulations and all three of the above requirements must be met

Looks like MA is trying to challenge CA for the most asinine gun laws, not quite there yet but dammit their trying.
