The California version of this gun is not supposed to be able to shoot 410. It is only supposed to be able to shoot 45 Colt. Is there some way to confirm that this gun is the correct California model? Going to jail is not an option.

Buds has a filter to list only CA compliant models, and the one you linked to comes up as CA approved, you can double check with a local ffl, but id say this ones good to go.
