It would fit an AR15 if you put a weaver rail on your AR, or if you found a picatiny rail mount for this optic. It comes with a weaver style mount and they are not compatible with a picatiny rail.

Yes, this will fit. Weaver mounts Wich this has can fit picatinny rails but picatinny rail mounts can't fit Weaver mounts. So you're good to go. Hope this helps.
