Jared, no Sir. Unfortunately Buds does not ship non compliant firearms even if the receiving FFL is willing to make alterations. Cheers and stay safe!
Unfortunately buds won't ship it to new jersey at all because a firearm needs to be state compliant before they'll ship it and buds won't alter a firearm in any way to make it state compliant/legal other than removing the magazine. Sorry but hope this helps.
no it must be compliant for buds to ship it. buds will ship a gun without a magazine if the capacity is the ONLY reason it is not compliant
Jared, Bud's will not ship to NJ FFL unless it is complaint as is. Your best bet is to buy one locally from a gun shop who will do the compliant work. Just needs stock pinned and muzzle brake pinned/welded, as I'm sure you already know. Hope you are ok with these tornadoes passing thru tonight, one was 3 miles from my house.
