Review from a buds customer "Excellent handguard. Comes with a lock ring tool, lock ring, handguard mount sleeve and screws, extra screw (at least it was in my box), 3 picatinny adapters. Hand guard looks and feels quality. Mounting is easy, does not rotate or move once mounted. Each bolt has locktite already applied. Fits over low profile gas block just fine. I put some M-LOCK G10 rail grip sections on, had to shave off the M-LOCK slots flat, but screws lined up perfectly with pre-drilled holes in the hand guard. I would buy it again 10 times over."

Yes, comes with everything needed to install and even comes with 3 picatinny rails to attach accessories. I put this but the 15 inch version on my first ar15 build and great handguard, very light and sturdy. I even accidentally stripped one of the picatinny rail attachment holes my fault and utg sent me a brand new handguard. I still use the old one just had to move my picatinny Rail up one slot and will keep the new one for when this is warn out. Definitely recommend this handguard. Hope this helps.
