Denis, no Sir. You will make the online purchase from Buds and select a local Florida FFL Dealer by your Zip Code and Buds will ship the shotgun there. Your selected FFL will contact you once the shotgun arrives to come in and do all necessary paperwork. You will pay a transfer fee usually $25 to $35 and when done, take your shotgun with you. After you purchase the firearm from buds, buds will ship it to the FFL dealer of your choosing and you will have to do the mandatory background check and pay the FFL's transfer fee to pick it up. Know it seems like alot but after all that you can finally take your shotgun home. All states require any firearm bought online to be shipped directly to an FFL dealer. Hope this helps.
