You would have to replace the rear trunion then you'd have a gaping hole on each side of the receiver. The pistol grip and fore-end art standard AK configuration and are easily replaced with standard AK furniture.

Jim, replacing the fore-end would be easy, if you don't like the under folding stock i would buy a different rifle because of holes left by removing the under folding stock. hope this help you.
