Christopher, unfortunately no Sir due to being a Semi-Auto with a detachable magazine and any (1) of these features that this rifle has (1). Pistol grip - (2). Folding or telescoping stock (3). Flash suppressor or flash hider. Cheers and stay safe!

Unfortunately this is not California compliant/legal, it has to many banned features. Sorry but hope this helps.
