no! the fake suppressor is welded/pinned onto the barrel to make it a rifle you would have to cut the welds to remove it and then it would become a sbr and subject to NFA licenses and fees

Peter, the barrel itself is 16 inches (making it a rifle) and not threaded. The faux suppressor is removable with an allen key as it is held on by a set screw. Start this disassembly video at 9:30 -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDtNlx38rlY
