Yea, I'd contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Cause I'm reading it is legal to ship directly to your residence but alot of dealers won't and require you to go threw an FFL. Buds customer service will be able to give a definite answer, hope this helps.
