Scott, no Sir it does not. It has an Internal, automatic sear block system safety; integrated trigger safety; no magazine disconnect safety & no trigger pull required for takedown.

No, this does not have a magazine safety. I owned this but the full sized version great gun and again no magazine safety so you can fire it without the magazine in it. Hope this helps.
