Illinois requires residents to obtain a Firearm Owner's Identification ("FOID") card before they can lawfully purchase or possess ammunition. ... Customer must have FOID (Firearm Owner's ID) to purchase ammunition anywhere in Illinois. It must be faxed or emailed to us prior to shipment. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf
