This does have a threaded barrel and that makes it not ok in new York. Any semi automatic pistol that can accept a detachable magazine can't have a threaded barrel. Sorry but hope this helps.

Chris, unfortunately it has a 5" Threaded barrel with a M9x75 thread rate and is not NY compliant. Cheers and stay safe!
