Century Arms Draco NAK9 9mm Black Pistol
Pistol yes, legal in NY no due to threaded barrel, capacity to accept a magazine that attaches outside the pistol grip, barrel shroud, over 10 round capacity, and manufactured weight of over 50 oz.

Yes, this is a pistol. Unfortunately this is not legal in new York. Sorry but hope this helps.
