This fits GLOCK 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 38 Adds 3 to 9mm Luger Adds 2 to .40 S&W Adds 1 to .45 GAP. So looks like it's for double stack magazines. Hope this helps.
