Stan, this over/under shotgun is built by the Browning/FN plant in Herstal, Belgium. I would imagine it does have SELECt on the bottom of the Receiver but, since we are customers as well, Buds Customer Service will need to verify the SELECT/ Receiver marking with their Inventory Dept. at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
