No it is a pistol and not a NFA firearm so no stamp/tax required
Joshua, no Sir. It includes a Brace which does not change the classification from a regular Handgun/Pistol. Sn actual Shoulder Stock would change the classification from a Handgun/Pistol to an SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) needing NFA registration and a $200 Tax Stamp. Cheers and enjoy!
No this is a braced pistol, you would only need to SBR it if you put an actual stock on it.
Joshua, no it is considered a pistol, not a SBR. It has a pistol brace, not a shoulder stock, which means it is not meant to be fired from the shoulder, so it is not considered a rifle. Have a great day!
