It ejects at 3"O"clock on the right side, but your cheek weld should be well behind that, so you should be ok as long as you don't choke up too the Ejection Port. Ken, this carbine ejects slightly forward and to the right at the 2 o'clock position. The stock is long enough that your cheek will keep a lefty's face clear of the ejecting brass. My brother is a lefty and has no issues firing his 9mm Hi Point Carbine.
