Ivin, not NJ compliant as configured, (it has 2 'evil' features, threaded barrel & pistol grip) but with compensator pinned & welded, this would be NJ compliant without the 30rd magazine. Bud's will not ship nor do compliant work. Your best bet is to find one locally where the FFL would do the compliant work. Answer for Paul---The gun must be substantially identical to be considered an assault weapon. This gun is not substantially identical with the muzzle device pinned/welded. A semi-automatic firearm should be considered to be "substantially identical," that is, identical in all material respects, to a named assault weapon if it meets the below listed criteria: semi-automatic rifle that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least 2 of the following: a folding or telescoping stock; 2. a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; 3. a bayonet mount; a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; and 5. a grenade launcher;
Edward, I thank God every day that I live in Oregon, its a beautiful place, and for as many lefty/snowflakes as we have, we have enough people with common sense to shoot down all of the "Common Sense 🤮" gun laws. I really hope California succeeds in recalling Newsome and Elder gets a go at it , then when the rest of the country sees that the gun grabbers lie and cheat their subjects, maybe states like NJ and the others will follow suit and transition from subjects back to citizens with rights, and liberty granted by our constitution, an attack on one of us is an attack on us all.
