Used Surplus CZ 75 Compact 9mm 14+1 Good
The compact 75B is steel frame. I own 2. One is this model and the other a railed compact. Both fine guns but the rail wears a light for night competitions. http://cz-usa.com/product/cz-75-compact-9mm-black-14-rd-mags/

Old CZs are steel. Alloy frames are a somewhat new development. The entire combloc used milled and stamped steel for the entire cold war.
