Sorry but this is not new York compliant/legal. Any semi automatic shotgun that has a detachable magazine is prohibited, and this has a detachable magazine. I always recommend if you want a tactical shotgun go pump action, they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Hope this helps.
