Buds will not ship a non compliant shotgun to your ffl, it must be complaint as is. You'd need to find one in stock locally, at an ffl that would do the compliance work, just not going to be able to purchase it through buds.
Daniel, you would have to get the magazine permanently attached. Unfortunately, Buds does not do compliant work.

Buds won't alter a firearm in any way other than removing the magazine to make it state compliant and won't ship a firearm to let an FFL make it state compliant. Again I'd recommend a pump action if you want a tactical shotgun. Hope this helps.
