The only difference is the PI19502CMS is made in Austria and the UI19502CMS is made in the USA. The 2 guns are virtually identical in features and performance other then where made.

William, Glock P Model number pistols are made in Austria and U Model numbers are made in the USA. Quality is the exact same but some folks prefer models from the original Country of Manufacture like myself. Cheers and stay safe!

Glocks that have a model number starting with P are from Austria, ones starting with a U are made in the good ole USA. There's no difference in quality although alot of people swear there is. Hope this helps.
