Unfortunately no, any semiautomatic shotgun that can accept a detachable magazine is prohibited in NY. If this was pump action you'd be good to go but it's not. I always recommend if people want a tactical shotgun in NY to go for pump action since they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Hope this helps.
