Nicholas, It comes with the standard m4 stock.

Nicholas, the picture is obviously a standard M4 stock. But keep in mind that Bud's doesn't guarantee their picture and have a disclaimer for the pictures. I would go with the text and expect a Magpul MOE as stated and advertised. Having said that, everywhere else it is advertised with the same picture and standard M4 stock. Check Bud's listing in a hour or so and it may change.
