So your best bet would be to try GunBr0ker, they're a site that allows private owners and small shops to sell their products so they usually have rare and hard to find firearms and accessories. Yes the PPQ is available to purchase by anyone as long as your not in a restricted state that has a "handgun roster" While Walther is pushing the new upgraded PDP there are still some PPQs out there.
