Yes, this is Maryland compliant/legal. If you get a ar15 with a heavy barrel it can have all the features, so you can have a collapsible stock, threaded barrel with flash hider, a regular pistol grip and all that good stuff. Just needs to have a heavy barrel then it doesn't have all the regulations. Hope this helps.
