No due to the magazine capacity in excess of 10 rounds, magazine attaching outside the pistol grip, threaded barrel, 'barrel shroud', and manufactured weight of 50oz or more when unloaded.

Unfortunately this is not new jersey compliant/legal because the magazine attaches outside of the pistol grip, and the threaded barrel. Sorry but hope this helps.
