I bought a de-ton echo 316M and wanted to ask if I need a riser and if so what size. Any recommendations are welcome and thanks in advance. Typically will be shooting under 100yds, but wouldn't mind the option to reach out atleast that far if needed.

Since the 316m has a front post sight I'd recommend a riser, a one inch riser should be enough to clear it. Hope this helps.

Ryan, the Optics Mount or Rings will determine whether or not you will need a riser Sir. Just locate your Optics and then go from there. Chances are you will not need a riser for the majority of AR Style Mounts/Optics. Cheers and stay safe!
