No this is subsonic ammo, it is bigger and slower, and ideal for shooting with a silencer/suppresor. The velocity is 970fps and has 94ft/lbs of energy at the muzzle, which is pretty low even by 22lr standards but will be really quite as its well below breaking the sound barrier (The sound barrier is usually broken anywhere between 1,060 to 1,200 feet per second, depending on the conditions.)

No, because this is a subsonic load with a velocity of 970fps. High velocity ranges from about 1200-1350 fps, once you get above 1300-1350 you start getting into hyper velocities. Hope this helps.
