I ordered ammo on here a week ago. I am a New York State resident. Can ammo be shipped directly to me or does it need to go to an FFL dealer?

Yes it can that part of the safe act was removed prior to its going into effect It will be delivered to your residence

If you ordered ammo and it didn't ask for an FFL and just asked for your address it'll ship directly to your house. Hope this helps.
