The Beretta 92 safety is more of a decocker that drops the hammer and also makes the trigger non-functional, so it's a safety/decocker. These are exact replicas of the Beretta 92 series just in 22lr so they come with the same safety/decocker as it's bigger brother. Hope this helps.
