No, but you can set this up ambidextrous. You can buy a ambidextrous safety, ambi magazine release, and ambi charging handle. The only thing that wouldn't be ambi is the bolt catch but they make extensions that goes in front of the trigger so you can drop the bolt with your shooting finger call the Magpul BAD lever extended bolt catch. So technically no this is not ambidextrous but you can set up any AR-15 Lower to be ambidextrous. Hope this helps.
