Legal, just treated like any other pistol/handgun. And no permit is required to purchase in Texas.
Harry, no special license needed. Just like buying any other handgun. Have a great day!
Harry, no special license needed since it uses an ATF approved Brace instead of an actual Shoulder Stock. Cheers and stay safe!
This is just considered a handgun, and uses an arm brace not a shoulder stock so no paperwork needed other than the regular background check. Plus you live in Texas one of the most gun friendly states their is, so your good to go. Enjoy and Hope this helps.
That item is treated like any other pistol you would buy as far as all your paperwork goes. No special federal stamps required. Remember to never change the stock to anything other than a pistol brace or you will have some explaining to do if you're caught with it modified. Happy shooting.
