They are the correct bullet for reloading 38 Special or 357 Magnum cases, but they are only bullets and not complete cartridges.

This is just the projectile meant for reloading, so this has no case, no primer or powder. But yes this projectile would work in a 38 special firearm after being made into a complete finished round. Hope this helps.
