Yes, since the shockwave is not considered a shotgun, it's just considered as an other. So yes this is legal in NJ. Hope this helps.

Nucci, yes, just be aware, do not use a the pistol grip by itself, then the OAL would be less than 26" and you would be afoul of the law. With the brace the OAL remains over 26" and you are good to go.
